We’re a fast-growing last-mile delivery company based in Copenhagen, and we’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Traffic Control and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service..
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safety and efficiency at all times
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues as needed
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Monitor and report on traffic flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with traffic control or customer service preferred
