We’re a fast-growing last-mile delivery company based in Copenhagen, and we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to join our team and help us accelerate our growth. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing our sales team, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
