We are a fast-growing last-mile delivery company based in Copenhagen and we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Traffic Management and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safety and efficiency at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering questions and resolving issues as needed.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Monitor and report on traffic flow, identify areas for improvement and implement action plans as needed.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Traffic control or customer service experience preferred
