We are a fast-growing last mile delivery company based in Copenhagen and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team and help us accelerate our growth. As the ideal candidate, you will have proven success in sales management with a deep understanding of sales processes, strategies and best practices. You will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and leading our sales team and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure agreement on messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement action plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, strategies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
