We deliver during the day, evening and night, depending on what best suits your shipment. In special cases, we also offer delivery outside of normal business hours to ensure flexibility for our customers.

When your shipment is on its way, we make sure you're always up to date! You'll receive both an SMS and an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your shipment from pickup to delivery. We make it simple and convenient so you never have to worry about where your shipment is.

No need to worry! If you're not at home, you can use the link we send to reschedule your delivery or specify a safe place where we can leave your package. Even for pallet deliveries, we can deliver without your presence - just let us know where to place it safely.

Of course you can! We make it easy for you to update your delivery preferences. Just click on the tracking link we sent you and update your address. Do you need major changes, such as delivery to a new city?

If your parcel is marked "delivered" at your address, it means that our driver has scanned it as delivered. We usually deliver parcels with personal delivery or place them in front of the front door if agreed with you.

If you can't find the package, we suggest that you:
✔ Check if someone in the household has taken the package in.
✔ Ask if the package may have been delivered to a neighbor by mistake.

If the package still doesn't show up, we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to contact us immediately. We are ready to help you find a solution.

 

We always strive to deliver on time, but in rare cases delays may occur. The expected delivery time for a package is typically 1-4 days from the first scan.
Possible reasons for delay:
- The package may be too large for home delivery and requires an alternative solution.
- The packaging may have been damaged during transportation and sent to our terminal for inspection.

Your package may be on its way back to our terminal for various reasons:
- An error may have occurred during delivery and we will try to deliver the package again as soon as possible - typically the next business day.
- If the package has been damaged, it will be sent for inspection and repackaging before we send it on to the recipient.
- The sender may have chosen to cancel the delivery and ask for the package to be returned.
- The package may have stayed too long in one of our Cityhubs and needs to be returned to the sender.

WebrinQ's city hubs are our own parcel shops that serve as smart drop-off and pick-up points for our customers. With over 550 city hubs across Denmark, we make it easy and convenient for you to pick up or drop off your shipments close to where you live or work.
City hubs are designed to give you maximum flexibility while reducing environmental impact through optimized delivery routes.

At WebrinQ, returns are easy and flexible. For packages, contact our customer service team who will quickly help you get the necessary return details and guidance.

We are ready to help you! If your shipment has been damaged during transportation, it is important that you contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send us an email at trafik@webrinq.com with a description of the damage and pictures of both the item and the packaging. We will do everything we can to quickly find a solution that meets your expectations.
