We deliver both during the day and in the evening—whichever option works best for your shipment. 

When your shipment is on its way, we make sure you're always up to date! You'll receive both an SMS and an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your shipment from pickup to delivery. We make it simple and convenient so you never have to worry about where your shipment is.

No need to worry! If you’re not home, we’ll return the package to our terminal and try again the next day.

Would you like to change the delivery date? No problem. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

If you haven’t received your package but can see from the delivery confirmation that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at

We can certainly help with that, but there are a few things you should keep in mind.

If you wish to change the delivery address on the same day that your shipment is already en route, we unfortunately cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

We therefore ask that you notify us of any change of address as soon as possible.

If the new address is in the same city, it’s often easier for us to adjust the route—and in most cases, we’ll still be able to deliver the same day.

We always strive to deliver on time, but in rare cases, delays may occur. The expected delivery time for a package is typically 1–4 days from the first scan.
Possible causes of delay:
– The package may be too large for home delivery and requires an alternative solution.
 – The packaging may have been damaged during transport and has been sent to our terminal for inspection.

Your package may be on its way back to our terminal for various reasons:
– An error may have occurred during delivery, and we will attempt to deliver the package again as soon as possible—typically the next business day.
– If the package has been damaged, it will be sent for inspection and repackaging before we forward it to the recipient.
 – The sender may have chosen to cancel the delivery and requested that the package be returned.

WebrinQ is authorized as a postal distributor in Denmark according to the Postal Act. Our postal license, issued by the Danish Transport Authority, ensures that we meet the highest standards for quality, security and delivery.

At WebrinQ, we handle everything from small parcels to large pallets. Whether it's for private use or for your business, we make sure your shipments are delivered safely, quickly and with care.

We plan our routes based on when we expect to receive the packages from the sender. We do this so we can get the packages out for delivery as quickly as possible.

If we haven’t received the package and registered an arrival scan, our drivers unfortunately won’t be able to load it onto the truck for that route.

Therefore, the delivery will typically be canceled in the morning if the package has not yet arrived at the terminal.

We ship the packages out as soon as we receive them at our terminal.

We are ready to help you! If your shipment has been damaged during transportation, it is important that you contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send us an email at trafik@webrinq.com with a description of the damage and pictures of both the item and the packaging. We will do everything we can to quickly find a solution that meets your expectations.

Although we deliver most items, certain items are restricted, such as hazardous materials. If you are unsure about your shipment, contact us and we will guide you.

We offer invoicing as a flexible solution for our business customers. With tailored payment terms, we make it easy and convenient to handle payments that fit your business needs.

Safety always comes first at WebrinQ. In extreme weather conditions, delays may occur to protect both our drivers and your shipments. If this happens, we make sure to inform you quickly and keep you updated on changes in delivery.

Yes! If your company has regular shipping needs, we offer competitive prices and discounts based on volume. You can fill out our simple sign-up form on the website, contact our sales team.

If you miss the delivery, there’s no need to worry. We’ll return it to our distribution center, where we’ll reschedule the delivery for the next business day. You’ll receive a new notification as soon as it’s back on the delivery route.
